Privacy policy (GDPR)

What data we process

Name, company, phone number and e-mail from the calculator or your e-mail, plus consignment details: collection and delivery places, contacts at those places, type and quantity of goods, and the date.

Purpose and legal basis

• preparing a quote and concluding the transport contract – performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps,
• carrying out the transport and communicating about it – performance of a contract,
• accounting and CMR consignment notes – legal obligation,
• answering enquiries that do not lead to an order – legitimate interest.

Calculator

A request sent from the calculator is stored in the request system of the same controller and delivered to the dispatch desk by e-mail. It is not passed to any other controller.

Recipients

The carrier performing the transport receives only the details needed for collection and delivery. Public authorities receive data where the law requires it. We do not use data for marketing or sell it.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Accounting and tax records are kept for the statutory period, usually 10 years.

Cookies

We set no analytics or advertising cookies for visitors, so there is no consent banner. A technical cookie is used only for logging in to the administration.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object. Just write to dispo@spediceautodoprava.cz. Complaints can be lodged with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
