Our dispatch desk is available on working days from 8 am to 6 pm CET on +420 722 311 499 or by e-mail at dispo@spediceautodoprava.cz. We reply to requests within 30 minutes during business hours. We speak English, German, Czech and Slovak – and talk directly to your supplier in any EU country.

What to put in your request

We can reply fastest when your e-mail includes:

  • the type of goods and any temperature requirements,
  • collection and delivery addresses – every address if there are several suppliers,
  • number, size and weight of pallets or packages,
  • the day the goods will be ready,
  • whether a tail lift, crane, side or top loading is needed.

If your supplier has sent a delivery note or packing list, simply attach it.
